Orders

Orders are subject to product availability, serviceability, and confirmation by Cravings Cake Shop. Menu prices and variants shown on the website apply at the time of ordering.

Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing a correct name, mobile number, delivery address, and other order information required for successful delivery.

Payment

Available payment methods may include UPI, cards, netbanking, and Cash on Delivery. Online payments are processed through the payment gateway. A successful payment does not remove the need for a valid delivery address and serviceability.

Delivery

Delivery is available up to 10 km from the shop, subject to serviceability. Delivery charges are described in our Delivery Policy.

Food & Custom Orders

Fresh food and bakery products may vary slightly in appearance. Special or customised requests are subject to availability and confirmation.

Cancellation & Refund

Cancellations and refunds are handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
